I loved that he put up a tarp to keep the cold air from coming in my front door. He made sure I was happy with the results and made sure to answer any questions that I had. Best of all, the final invoice was a few dollars cheaper than was originally quoted - what a deal! Now I only hope that you do not call my home every three-six months like other companies have done. I was happy with my experience and will definitely have you return to clean my upstairs carpets when we're ready! Thanks!

Fast drying time, clean, fresh scent, stains that previously kept returning immediately are not nearly as prominent a day after cleaning.

The fact there's no residue left behind, the people that come out to clean the carpet are very professional, very nice and they know what there doing. We had out carpet cleaned last friday (Feb. 17th), the next morning when I got up I notice some brown spots (pretty large). I called and on Sunday one of your technician's came out and took care of the problem.
