Services: Very professional and informative when I called for information. When I set
up the appointment, I was told we would be notified two days before the appointment
with an estimated time of arrival; that we would be getting a phone call on the day of
the appointment giving us a 20 minute notice of arrival; that the carpet cleaning would
take about an hour. This all happened exactly as we were told. Aaron did a great job
cleaning the carpets and getting the stains out, with no mess to our house. The cost of
the carpet cleaning came out to be a little less than we were quoted. Our carpets look
so nice, I have alreadly recommended Zerorez to several people. Thank you, Aaron, for
doing a great job!

The follow-up email restated the date and time, and let me know when I would hear from your company regarding a 3 hour arrival window. The associate who cleaned the carpet was right on time, and was very pleasant. The pre-treatment solution had a pleasant smell, and the cleaning was done quickly. My carpets looked much better after they were cleaned.
