Rob was both very personable and professional. I like the fact that Zerorez uses clean and green products that are safer for the family and pets. We have two dogs and all stains and odors came out of our carpet, and it looks and smells great. I also liked the cost. The final protection cost was a lot cheaper than other companies. It always seems other companies lure you in with cheap cleaning but then sock it to you with the cost of stain protection to make up for the difference.

I would definitely recommend zerorez to my friends.

Service person First name removed was very nice and worked hard to do all that I asked and got stains out that two other companies had not been able to get out and these were many years old stains. Very impressive service and will defn. hire again and recomend to others. Good job! excellent service.

The men who did the duct cleaning were great; however, you may want to consider offering an optional scent pack or some other related product to "accent" your great service.

Personal attention to care of MY carpets by Scott, his knowledge of carpet cleaning, courtesy, and on time appointment. I do not know if I thought that the type of cleaning would be less drying time, but mine were pretty wet at 10:00 pm and the appointment was at 11 a m. The outcome looks great.

What first caught my attention was that you are an environmentally friendly company... What I didn't expect and I was v ery impressed at the crew's level of attention to detail and thoroughness on the job. Jesse and Devin cleaned my place did an incredible job. I will definitely use zerorez again.

The technician, Steve, was phenomenal! He is a great ambassador of your product. He took the time to explain expected results, and worked hard to achieve the best results possible. Great service. Even came to my house on a Sunday. Very professional technician. Courteous, explained all processes. Was impressed with details like corner guards and the door cover to keep cold air out. Carpet cleaned up like a dream got all the major stains out looks brand new. He even pointed out small staines he could not get out. I would certainly use Zerorez again. Thank you Terri on the KQ morning show for promoting Zerorez so well. Nice work!

i like the appearence of Joe who clearned my carpet. i felt safe having him in my home. i like the fresh smell of the carpet and the softness of the carpet after it was cleaned.
they did an excellent job and i feel it was a good value.
