I was given a timeframe between 10-1 that the technician would be there. I figured I would be waiting until 1 before someone showed up, but he was there right at 10. He was friendly and helpful with moving some last minute pieces of furniture! The carpets turned out AMAZING - so clean and soft! I will definitely use your business again!
The service was great. Ben came to our house and did a superb job without taking up our whole day off. He also was very conscientious about clean-up. As far as the product goes, it was dry enough to walk on by dinner time and there definitely is no "crunch" residue left behind. The carpet looks as good as it did when we bought the house!
My staircase carpet really looks clean for the first time compared to other companies I have had clean it in the past. It took longer to dry than I thought it would, but the results are good.

Love that there are no chemicals as we have pets. First time we have used Zerorez and it won't be the last. I was going to get new carpet, but no longer have to. Zerorez brought my carpet back to life! The gentlemen who did the carpets were very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent job!
