We had our ducts cleaned. The technicians were very good and tried very hard, but could only clean 18 of our 31 registers and returns. Our home was built in the 1960's and zerorez cleaning equipment doesn't fit in our smaller ducts.
I like the idea of using empowered water. The technician was nice and spoke to me on the phone to answer any questions (I had to be at work and my mom was there). The carpet looked great!
