Over other companies I've experienced, I'm impressed by your pre-visit communications, post visit follow-up and, in general, your business model. Very courteous carpet cleaners. The services were very good. The cost was alittle too high I thought for 1 1/2 hours of service.

What do you like about our products and services?

The service staff was friendly and went around the rooms before cleaning asking about major stains along with the cleaning process used. The lead worker cared about the job he was doing by checking with us on what we thought about the cleaning of each room. The workers called ahead to let us know they were on their way and they were very professional through out the job.

The service was timely and eco friendly. Your employee was couteous and knowledgable about the products. The only down side is the solicitation of other Zerorez products. I personally don't want someone trying to sell me something that I haven't asked for. Fortunately the guy that came was not pushy and so I will use your service again.

I have never had a carpet cleaning company that when the job was done the carpet looks like new.
The last time I had a carpet cleaning company I was so unhappy that I actually lived with it for a year before replaceing all the carpet.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our technician was very nice and not pushy--I would request him the next time we need our carpets cleaned. Almost all of the stains came out--we are very pleased! No chemical odors after the cleaning (which is good!) and our carpets dried fairly quickly. The whole process was very easy. I would use this company again.

The service reps that come to my home are always very courteous and professional. Some have offered tips for addressing stains and odors in between cleanings, and they have never been pushy about adding more services/treatments to my order.

My carpets always look amazing when they are done. Steve P. did an awesome job and went above and beyond to work out the stains on the carpet! Will request him again at our home in Woodbury next year!
