The communication from the representative at the office was to us regarding preparation, moving furniture etc, was lacking in customer service. When she was asked specific questions, she continued to repeat a standard answer and did not discuss options and opportunities. It almost seemed that she wan not listening to the questions and continued to respond based on a 'standard' script. This almost caused us to cancel our appointment.

I have used Zerorez 2 times now and the scheduling is quick - I have gotten the day I requested both times and did not have to call 3-4 weeks ahead of time. (called 2 days prior) Employee calls 15 min. ahead of arriving and very professional - gets the job done fast and does a nice job!

The customer service that Zerorez provides from beginning to end is stellar. I put a request for an estimate through the website and promptly heard back from somone. They quoted me a price that was spot on when the technician came out.

The technician that came out to do our service was great! He asked what the stains were on our carpet in order to better remove them. When I wasn't sure what some things were (we are not the first owners of our house) he got down and smelled them! Now that's commitment! He asked about other areas in our house such as the hallway and other bedrooms but I told him we were on a budget and those would have to wait. He just simply said "ok" and was not pushy at all - which I loved! He explained all the processes to me and the options we had for removing the stains and let me choose which option I would like without any pressure to choose the more expensive options. He got out all the stains and even showed me a before and after while he was doing it (which was VERY eye opening).

Overall everything was great and I would, and have, recommended Zerorez to friends, family and business associates.
