We uswd Zerorez on the recommendation of my sister-in-law, who recommended your company quite highly. First of all, we were able to make our appointment for exactly when we wanted it, and your process for keeping us informed of when the Zerorez man would arrive worked really well. Secondly, the man who came to do our carpets (I believe his name was Stan) was very polite, very helpful, and really knew how to represent and sell his product. He explained how it would help our carpets if we had the treatment for pet stains. So we took his advice and we could not be happier!! Our carpets were in pretty bad shape when we bought the house. We have had 2 professional carpet cleaners come in and we also tried to clean it with a rental cleaner and none even came close to what Zerorez was able to do. We really are thrilled with the results. We will use Zerorez every time and will recommend your company to our family and friends. Thank you very much!!

Service Tech was excellent and knew the product well! Friendly and willing to listen as we walked through the rooms for an estimated. Honest, would be another quality. This is our second year in a row having Zerorez clean all of our carpet and area rugs and we are very pleased. Our carpet in our basement is 10 years old but they always get to look good after they clean. Thank You
