Here's what I liked:
You don't use a lot of chemicals in the carpet that leave a residue that attracts dirt and soil after the carpet is cleaned; the corner wall guards that the technician put up and how careful he was with the hose; the plastic curtain that he put up when the door to the outside had to stay open; the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and professional. Also, I didn't know Zerorez would clean my tile/grout and the technician informed me about what he could do. I told him to go ahead with cleaning the tile/grout and I could not believe the difference it made. I'm still going into the room to look at it, because it's so clean and it looks like new.

Professional staff, clearly covered what was going to be done and possible problems. Cleaned the entire house and the old carpet looks new. Experienced no problems. Will use again without question.

I took before and after pics, and it was amazing how clean they were able to get our white carpets! I was very happy with the service we received from the technicians as well. They were very professional, and talked us through what they were going to do before starting. Thanks to Donna Valentine and the K102 crew for recommending, I will definitely be using Zerorez again!

Darnelle worked hard, and was very informed and polite. I had many questions about cleaning of fabrics and grout. Thank you. I will also add, however, that we scheduled a carpet cleaning throughout the entire house as well as grout if time allowed. Darnelle's records indicated a grout cleaning alone. He was able to fit carpet cleaning in.

Reid was fantastic. He was professional and friendly and he cleaned our nasty carpet and it actually is clean! I have used this company in the past and i will use it for sure in the future. I've been recommending it to everyone I know.

Carpet is cleaner than any other we have used and drying time is quick. There is not a residue as some cleaners leave.

The technicians were quick and thorough and the carpet looks great. One thing I didn't like was that they didn't cover their shoes after the initial time in the house until they were set to clean (i.e. after brining in all of the equipment.) We don't wear shoes in out house.
