Explanation of the process and the courteous two men who cleaned our carpet.

Honesty up front.
The guys told us upfront that with our carpet being 20 years old, they are not going to be able to remove the wear stains in the high traffic areas (We have very light/almost white carpet.)
I was told to expect them between 3-6 o’clock. They called at 3:10 and were at the house in 15 min.
Nick and Brian did a wonderful job. They were extremely polite and thorough.
They put a cover over the front door (It was about 25 deg. outside) keeping in most of the heat.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with the cost. Got the “January” special for 3 rooms and they honored that price for another 3 rooms as well.
This is the first time I’ve ever had Zerorez and it WONT be the last.

Our technician Tim was right on time the times line given by the receptionist and appointment were right on, he was nice and polite, and the cleaning did not take long at all. All our stains in the carpeting came up and it is clean and bright again.
