Amber is the gal who cleaned the carpet and she was very pleasant and helpful with my questions. I like the setup of the equipment which was the tube only and the shield over the front door. The product smelled very fresh and the carpet looked great when she was finished.
The carpet had regular dirt spots along with stains from my cat throwing up. I did buy a couple products, one being espectially for animal stains and I no longer have the cat and will not be getting another animal. Is it possible for me to return the products I bought since they have not even been used?
I like that you don't use too many chemicals. The carpet looks like new afterwards, much cheaper than replacing the carpet.

Zero residue
They do an excellent job cleaning and don't leave any scent in the carpet. Both my area rug which was taken to the rug department and the carpet turned out nice and clean and it didn't bubble up anywhere.
You were able to get our dogs accident stains out. No soapy residue. It seemed to take longer drying, then the last time I used your service. Maybe due to the hot/humid outdoor tempatures?
Carpet felt slightly softer. No strong perfumed cleaners.

Your tech's Juan and Bill were in and out of here in less than an hour! They did a terrific job, my carpet is 14 years old and never been cleaned with lots of stains, and it looks like it was installed yesterday! These 2 gentlemen were courteous, knowledgeable and very concerned with my satisfaction! From Andy in the office who set it all up to Juan and Bill who completed the job, the service was outstanding!
