I liked the idea that you offered weekend hours. The cleaning was good.

Like the use of pressurized water. Little disappointed in the technician this time. He was here a long time, he was a talker. He missed putting one piece of furniture on styrofoam blocks, it was cold and after finishing the lower level (1 1/2 hours) than put up the door shield. We have had these same areas cleaned and it took 1/2 the time with the previous technician. In the end the carpets looked wonderful, so I will continue to use zerorez, but I will make a request t o not have this technician.
