Friendly service, good products
Service guy was friendly and having the carpet done on a weekend worked great for our schedule. It was done pretty quickly since we had the room cleared out. It took a little longer to dry than I thought it would buy it looks and smells great!

We uswd Zerorez on the recommendation of my sister-in-law, who recommended your company quite highly. First of all, we were able to make our appointment for exactly when we wanted it, and your process for keeping us informed of when the Zerorez man would arrive worked really well. Secondly, the man who came to do our carpets (I believe his name was Stan) was very polite, very helpful, and really knew how to represent and sell his product. He explained how it would help our carpets if we had the treatment for pet stains. So we took his advice and we could not be happier!! Our carpets were in pretty bad shape when we bought the house. We have had 2 professional carpet cleaners come in and we also tried to clean it with a rental cleaner and none even came close to what Zerorez was able to do. We really are thrilled with the results. We will use Zerorez every time and will recommend your company to our family and friends. Thank you very much!!
