Joe - the tech that came to my home was very friedly and clear about what he could and may not be able to do. The carpets looked good, I have some wear and a spot that doesn't want to come out... He warned in advance and made no guaratees. I wish now that I had been getting the carpets cleaned more regularly as I'm thinking I may not have the wear or at least it may be less noticable.

James did a great job setting expectations, cleaning the apartment and letting us know what areas were especially difficult to get clean. The exceptional results were what we have come to expect from Zerorez. We called to get the carpet cleaned after another service that was provided by apartment management had failed in their attempt to clean the carpet. We weren't disappointed.

All around an enjoyable experience - Your cleaning technician was on time, very polite and informative, I was billed the amount I expected, there were no suprise extra charges at the end. I even had an emailed receipt about 10 minutes after giving him the check! And best of all, my carpets look great. I can actually FEEL a difference when i walk across it in bare feet. It just feels cleaner and softer than when I've had my carpets cleaned with shampoos in the past. Thanks for a great job!

The communication about the appointment was very good. The communication from the technichian was also very good. Technician (Kyle) was on time. Kyle explained the process and the time it would take and multiple times encouraged me to ask any questions that I might have. Kyle explained the bill in detail before starting the work. All in all, I thought Kyle represented your company very well.

Guys were very nice and friendly. Called before arriving. They arrived earlier than expected, which helped me attend a party I really didn't want to miss. They were fast and explained everything as they went along. They did an excellent job and I would recommend Zerorex to every one I know.

OMG!!! I was very surprised when the technician redid the trouble spot. He used special stuff on it and the odor is gone!! He also told me about the special stuff and I bourght a bottle of it. Wonderful job of cleaning our carpets is what I like the most about Zerorez. Additionally, it is wonderful the professionalism of your workers including effieciecy and politeness. Also, the Zerorez dry period after cleaning is so much less that other commercial cleaners we have used in the past. And no overbearing smells (topical fragrances) left behind.
