Super clean carpets. Have to tell you though, the only reason I chose ZR was because of your Valentines Day commercial..."Nothing says 'I Love You' like clean carpets...and rug burns!" LMAO!!! Whoever came up with that one needs a bonus. I think I've even used that as a punch line...

The gentleman that came to clean our carpets was very prompt, very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He offered extra services where he saw a possible need without being pushy.
There was a nice orange smell to the spot treatment that faded quickly without leaving a heavy perfumed smell.
The carpets where wet but not soggy when finished. By the end of the day they where totally dry and where like new again. Even got a stain out that I thought was permanent.

I could get my carpet cleaned on the day I requested.

Great results - the carpet was all matted and dirty when I moved in and now it looks brand new. The technician was prompt and polite, and thoroughly explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Good value for the money!

The promt service beginning w/ the customer service rep on the phone. The cleaner, I forgot his name sorry, was really professional & super patient w/ my 4 year old guestions. The length of time to complete cleaning was quick, which is great in our busy household. There was after smell thank you. Overall service was excellent, I have told all I know how great ya'll are & recommended you to all.

Zerorez did not use any soap. The tech. did a small area in our livingroom, stopped cleaning and then asked,do you want to see the before and after? It was amazing. It was getting the carpet so clean. Overall,we were quite pleased.

Efficient, Effective, and accomodating!

Chris did a great job of cleaning up some stains that may have been up to a year old. He was very knowledgable about the products he sells/uses and explained the results I was mostly likely to expect. I went back to the property, it was a rental, and after drying still appears to be gone.
