Great opening on weekends and great tech

They were a few minutes late but called, so polite, wore shoe covers, and did a wonderful job. We had two recliners that I wanted to throw because they we so dirty (grandkids, a dog and a cat)they look brand new! I had two major spots, a rust spot and an orange paint spot, that I had tried to clean. They both are gone! I will definatly call again. Also the price quoted was right on! Linda Thornbloom.

Process was very quick. Your technician Ryan was very knowledgeable, courteous and considerate. Products left no unpleasant odors. We were hoping carpet fibers would fluff up more and regain some of its luster, but overall we are satisfied with the results.

I liked the thorough service. The service guy took extra time to get a red kool-aid stain out that no one else has been able to get out. He did a nice job paying attention to details like when his assistant walked on the clean carpet with dirty shoes. He took care of the problem right away. I'm very impressed with the techniques and products Zerorez uses to clean carpets. I wasn't worried about my kids or cats getting sick because no harsh chemicals were used.

Great job. The day after the cleaning we had our house apraised for a new home mortgage loan and the guy looked down and said I see you have new carpeting and I said yes little did he know it was 10 years old. You guys made the carpet look like new.

I can't remember the name of the worker who cleaned our carpets but he was a hard worker and paid attention to everything I pointed out and seemed to do the very best job he could.
I would want him back again. It was the best cleaning I have ever had. If you know who he was he should be applauded.

I thought the person that we had was the best we have ever had. I felt like he really cared if he got our carpets clean and he was very thoughtful in protecting the rest of our house when he had to bring in the hoses etc. He seemed to really love his job. I would recommend him to anyone.
