The carpet looks brand new! I have heard good things about Zerorez, but NEVER expected it to be this good! Jacob was great! He informed me of everything he was going to do, didn't push any sales on me, and was really personable. We will use only Zerorez in the future. I like that they do not leave residue and that they don't leave a perfume smell. I also like that the carpet seems to stay clean longer. I really appreciated the technicians thoroughness when cleaning my carpet.
Friendly, knowledgeable technician. Kyle told me about the process and what he was going to do. He was very careful not to bring in dirt/snow when going in and out of the house and wore covers over his shoes. He listened to my areas of concern and told me how he would treat those areas. I still had a few spots on the carpet but was surprised at how much they were able to remove. The men that cleaned the carpets were great to work with.
