I like the fact that no chemicals are used. The carpet isn't so wet after being clean. The stains came out which was a miracle. The serviceman Tony was amazing and answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job!

not a really wet carpet- technicians on time, and they took the time to explain what they were doing and the problems they might have. Seemed to be honest- no false promises.

Our service tech was helpful, honest and made suggestions that were helpful and I did not feel he was trying to sell me additional products. He was accommodating to work at my house and my inlaws. Thanks for a great service.

amazing results, very capable team, respectful, polite, I would recommend Zerorez to anyone. We're in an agricultural environment and our carpets take a real beating. Zerorez results were phenomenal and I own an industrial strength Rug Doctor!

The technician was courteous and showed me everything he would be doing. Given that it was pouring rain and humid, the carpet dried very fast. The carpet came out very clean.

They took the stains off and my carpet looks new. Its off white and 7 years old and we have a dog.

By the next morning it was dry. Removed shampoo from previous cleanings and spots were removed very well. Nice, courteous young man did the cleaning.
