We had our ducts cleaned. The technicians were very good and tried very hard, but could only clean 18 of our 31 registers and returns. Our home was built in the 1960's and zerorez cleaning equipment doesn't fit in our smaller ducts.

I like the idea of using empowered water. The technician was nice and spoke to me on the phone to answer any questions (I had to be at work and my mom was there). The carpet looked great!

Jeff was my technician on Sat. June 9. He was very professional, and courteous. He explained what the process was each step of the way. Used a heavy duty fan in 2 rooms, while working in the 3rd, which really sped up the drying time in those rooms. Notices big difference in cleanliness of carpet. Very pleased!!

I like that zerorez cleans without chemicals. The only thing I did not like about the service I received was that one spot by one of the beds was left untouched and not cleaned.
