The fact that the products are green, pre-treatment is clean smelling and the carpets stay cleaner longer.

Your product and service was great! My carpets look and smell great! Wish I could remember the cleaners name...he was awesome! He took time to inform me of what he was doing, he worked hard, and was very professional. I loved that he was honest about what should be cleaned and I felt like I got what I paid for. The vent cleaning was excellent, never had someone vaccuum out the vents...they ususally just bloe the air through them! The carpets were dry by the next morning and just overall a great job. I will definitly refer zerorez! thank you so much

My only concern is that the carpet was very wet for 2 days - I still haven't put the furniture back in the rooms - will try to tonight. I did turn up the heat and turned on all fans in the house, but I think you could extract more water before you leave.

Mostly liked your technicians. How the product works remains to be seen. Need to see how long it lasts. But was pleased with the service. They on were time, informative and personable.
