Everyone we talked to at Zerorez was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. We hired Zerorez to clean our carpets in preparation to sell our house, and they did such a great job that our realtor thought we had installed new carpeting. When we purchase a new house we will definitely have Zerorez clean our carpets there too.

Best service I've ever used. Clean carpets, no chemical smells, and no residue! Troy the tech was awesome. He explained things well. I love how you enclose the open front door, have corner protectors for the walls, wear shoe covers, and your equipment was clean. Very good customer from setting the appointment to the end. Very impressed!
My Carpet guy did an awesome Job, will definately use again, highly recommend
I was extremely impressed with William. He was on time, polite and very courteous.
I appreciated that the cleaner was prompt and courteous. He called as he was driving to our home which allowed us enough time to finish vacuuming right as he pulled into the driveway. He was also able to remove two stains we didn't think would ever come out and I love how nice the house smells and clean the carpets feel. One of the reasons we selected Zerorez was because you do not use chemicals that leave behind a residue. We are very pleased with the results.
