It was a quick response to a carpet emergency situation. There was no attempt to over-sell.
The focus and work on the paint stain was very thorough. You will be asked back to service our carpets when it is NOT an emergency. Thanks to Jaimie. He was terrific to work with.

Carpet noticeably cleaner. Also, I really appreciated a call after my appointment (I was not home while they were working) to walk me through how it went. I didn't even say I needed extra treatment for pet stains, put they proactively addressed some stains that they noticed. Thank you!
