Ashli provided the best service I have ever had from a carpet cleaner; very professional, very careful and so detail-oriented. She went to great lengths to provide the highest level of service possible, and my 25-year-old carpet, which was riddled with pet stains, rust, and even paint, not to mention the wear and tear from having 2 boys, 3 dogs, and a cat, looks better than it has in over a decade. I purchased the spot remover kit after I watched how well the pretreatment worked, and a few days later I got to put it to the test. We had a large graduation party, and my 4-year-old niece spilled her cake with blue frosting right onto the carpet. That blue dye went right into my pale green carpet and stained it immediately. She felt so bad and was worried I would be mad. Instead I told her auntie had some special spray that would fix it right up - and I hoped and prayed it would work so she wouldn't feel bad. Well, I spritzed the stain with the the stain remover and gently blotted it with a white cloth, and within 1 minute all the blue dye was completely gone. I had an audience of people around me who were all in awe, and my niece said "Auntie, that is like magic. How did it make the blue disappear?" I just said, "That's Zerorez!"

My hat's off to Zerorez - I would give them an 11 out of 10 if I could! I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recomment them highly to everyone. Thank you!
