He was very thorough and talked me into doing our couch too. I couldn't be happier. This guy should work on everyone's carpet.

Our carpet is 10 yrs old and other than being vacuumed, it's never been cleaned. The rep you sent out to do the job, Steve, was very professional and timely. I feel he did a great job and I would definitely call Zerorez again to do the job. Maybe, just maybe, our carpet will last another 10 years? Probably not, but, with the job Zerorez did, I don't feel the need to replace it right now.
