You do a fantastic job & the technician was very personable.

I received a phone call from your techs before they even left their garage letting me know they were on their way. My appointment time frame was from 8:30 to 10:00. The techs were there promptly and did not pressure me to buy an add on services. The options were presented to me and I was given adequate time to decide if it was worth doing any of the additional services. I also loved the orange smell of the products used to clean my carpet. I just moved into my current home and can now lay on the carpet with confidence they are as clean as they can be. Thank you Zerorez!!! I would recommend you to anyone.

I enjoyed the person on the telephone who took our appointment. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We called and a Zerorez team was able to come out the next day! Tony and Cody were our team and they were very polite and worked fast and efficiently.

This is the second time've used zerorez. We called them back the second time beause they did such an exceptional job the first time which was last year. This time there was a bigger challenge in one of the bedrooms and zerorez cleaned it up so well! I thought we may need new carpet but after the cleaning we will wait awhile.
