There were no hidden charges. The person who came to our house was professional, friendly and very knowledgable. He was very upfront about the stains and whether or not he thought he would be able to remove them. After he was done cleaning the carpets they looked wonderful! It's been over a month and they still look fabulous! No stains have returned.

I think the cost quoted at time of appointment should be honored unless there are obvious stains or poor quality of carpet.
