Mark was out to my house last Saturday, April 27th, and I must say he was the best service tech I have ever had out to the house, for any reason. Mark was professional, to be sure, yet he also would talk to me like he really cared about my house, and that my being happy with the results was top priority. He was genuine about it too, it didn't at all seem scripted or rehearsed.

Service guy was very friendly and the clean finished product was more than expected.

The product is excellent and the tech was super considerate, on time,knowledgeable. There was only one slight problem in that one small area of our carpet was missed but was promptly taken care of the next day.
