I could get the cleaning done with in a few days of calling. No surprises once the tech arrived. The tech, Dylan, was very friendly. He did an excellent job explaining the services he would be performing and product recommendation.

The gentleman who came to my home was very professional, thorough and friendly. He did a wonderful job, and I was very happy with the outcome. It was a pleasant experience, he went out of his way to provide the best service possible.

Your carpet cleaning technician really exceeded my expectation on your company's customer service (which were high in the first place), and the cleaning results that were accomplished are second to none! Once Gregory arrived at my home to begin cleaning, he explained the process in detail, reviewed some additional services/products that were available, and recommended what services he thought my carpet needed based on his evaluation. He was very fair and honest about his recommendations, which was refreshing because I, as a customer, get very tired of the "used car salesman" high pressure approach.

Your services did a great job cleaning my carpet. It was a challenging job and you did a great job.

I liked the fact that is not harmful to kids or pets. I was very pleased with how well my high traffic areas cleaned up. My stairs look brand new again. I really liked Sam Pera, the technican we had. He was very informative, polite and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the work before he left. I will ask for him the next time we get our carpets cleaned.

You guarantee your work. You have great technicians. Kyle is excellent as a tech and is also an excellent trainer (but you already knew that;-). Your guys work very hard to get the stains out and overdeliver (not overpromise).

Haven't had a chance to see the whole townhouse yet, but the small part of the stairs looked great. It has been a rental and I needed to let it dry before looking it over.
