The service technician (Dave)did a fantastic job with our rugs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had completed the job within the time frame promised. In addition to the sale of the carpet cleaning solution i bought, Dave also sold a bottle to a neighbor that walked up to my door when seeing the Zerorez truck in my driveway to purchase the pet stain remover!!
