The services were exceptional! The 2 man crew came in and let me know y explaining what they would be doing on my request to have the Ducts cleaned and the carpets cleaned. They had a very professional attitude an thoroughly explained the technique of Zerorez to me. I asked a lot of questions and got the best answers back that were fully explained. I also enjoyed the attitude and "get it done" professionalism to my needs. I have already let my friends, family and co-workers the great job done! I didn't think my stairs going up would clean and Zerorez and your crew proved me wrong. The carpet is fresh and clean as should be!

First, The technition (Chris Hess?) was very nice and helpfull. He even saw me shuveling as he arrived and helped me finish! Then, although it was no fault of anyone, there was a malfunction of a machine so they had to come back the next day to complete the service. You guys MORE than made up for the inconvenience by doing a little extra so I am very satisfied with the compensation. The carpets look great! I would definately use again! Thanks!

Your carpet cleaning service made a huge difference on my 8 year old, never cleaned carpet. It made it look as if it was again brand new, "fluffy" again, and stains were removed.
