The service technician was on-time (actually early, but he called ahead to check if the earlier time would work), he was knowledgeable and very informative about the process and the company. On top of excellent customer service, my carpets look wonderful. I should have had them cleaned years ago. Just dreaded moving everything out of the rooms to be cleaned.....and even that was not a big deal. You can leave your bigger items on the carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning.

The employee was super professional. His machine broke so he went to his truck to get the manual one until a new one was brought to my house. To not waste time, he was on his hands and knees making sure he sprayed all the spots!! That was super impressive!!
