customer service was great and the information about stains and the process of cleaning was very helpful to better understand why stains reappear, etc. I had some stains that were treated 2 other times by a company and they just kept coming back....Zerorez came in and the stains are not coming back at all....its all about the process of how they are removed I guess. The carpet looked cleaner too than my previous experience with a different company.

This is the second time I have used zerorez for carpet cleaning. Everything looks great, just like the first time 2 years ago. I also had my sofa cleaned and am very happy with the results. The service technician was very nice!

I like that the Zerorez professional who serviced our house, Lars Beck, did such a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable and understood far more than I did about carpets and the science behind cleaning them.
