Cody our carpet technician was awesome. He worked over 8 hours diligently trying to remove pet stains and pet odor from our new house. It was a very difficult job and he was very committed to making our zeroes experience the very best! I would use Cody and zerorez definitely again!
I have rented Rug Doctors and had other professional rug cleaners but I am amazed how clean Zerorez got my carpet. AND they didn't leave it sopping wet. My couch and chair upholstery have never been cleaner! I was very skeptical and resisted calling them but Zerorez was recommended by friends and family so I tried it. I wouldn't use any other cleaning service again! And the technician that did the work was thorough and professional. He was even able to get the white grout on my bathroom floor tile white again. Honestly, I couldn't believe it! I highly recommend this service.
No soaps/detergents. Quality cleaning. Knowledgeable technicians. My technician, Tony, took time to discuss my cleaning needs and provided advice on keeping the furniture looking good between cleanings. Scheduling was fast and easy. Customer service was very friendly. The technician who performed the cleaning was professional and courteous. The Zerorez tech protected all the corners inside the house with plastic bumpers so as not to mar any finishes. The whole process took only a few hours to do 6+ rooms. We had just moved into a new house, where the previous owners had a cat, and there was a distinct pet odor lingering. The Zerorez treatment Level 1 Basic Bio Treatment was used and it completely eliminated the cat odors. The carpets were completely dry in less than a day and we were able to complete our move-in uninterrupted and with one less thing off our minds. We had contemplated renting a carpet shampooer to do this ourselves, but are so glad we didn't. Zerorez was worth every penny.

The technician (Tony - who came to my home in Belle Plaine on May 8th) was exceptionally thorough, courteous and worked so hard his shirt was soaked! -give that guy a raise!) He called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He came in, explained what he would do and got to work.
What I do want to mention is the fact we were not called a day in advance and given a window of time for his arrival. I had to call you. You might want to work on that.

Adam did a very good job!! Someone in your office dropped the ball, as we were not called before the date of the cleaning. I called the office that PM after 1:30 & was told that Adam would be here between 3 & 6 PM & that was true. We had to hurry to get items moved from the carpeted area we wanted cleaned:

This is the best carpet cleaning service we have ever hired! The empowered water makes the difference! The two guys that came to clean were nice and helpful. They really worked hard on a bad spot. Zerorez is not harmful to our pets or to us humans! The carpet installer recommended Zerorez to clean our carpet, what does that say?

The man who cleaned the carpets in my home, put in as many hours as it took, more than anticipated. He not only treated the trouble spots we pointed out but discovered hidden problems as well. He worked with me on how to have the carpet dry and in great condition for my realtor to hold an open house here 2 days later. Wow!
