Your techs are always very friendly and professional. The results are always great - you make my carpet look better than I was expecting every time! I really like the idea of less chemicals since I, & a lot of our clients, have allergies. But if the results weren't stellar, I'd go back to nasty chemicals. Thanks for not making me have to do that!! :-)

Carpets very clean!

Your service man was so nice. Rooms smell clean. House is empty, so maybe that is why it smells good. Steps were really dirty, they are now clean. I paid over $200, and I saw an ad on TV yesterday where Stanley Steamer is doing the same thing for less. If I had seen the ad first, I would have called them.
