The service man, Mark, was very nice and courteous. He explained everything about Zerorez since I has not used your services before. The job he did was great - he was even able to remove a stain on a chair that I thought would never come out!

I am very happy with the results of our carpet cleaning. We have two kids and two dogs so our carpet definitely gets a lot of traffic - after the cleaning it looks, feels and smells like new. Also, the service was great - the technicians were very personable, professional and explained everything very well. I would recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

The first thing that I noticed is how quickly my carpets dried. Also there was no wet smell and my carpet was oder free. The tech was very curtious and informative about the procedure.
