The two men, Owen and Will did a great job. I did have one serious problem; someone stole a bowl full of my jewelry while my rugs were being cleaned--almost $500 worth. It looked as if someone may have run in the front door (open for the machine) and snatched and grabbed it. I am not saying the guys had anything to do with it missing. They were downstairs; I was incapacitated in my bedroom, and the front door was open. Some very precious things were lost to me. I do not know what happened, but the jewelry is gone, and it was there that morning.

We've used Zerorez before and this time the carpets are cleaner than previously cleaned. I don't know what was different, but they look almost new again. The soiling in the traffic areas is gone and with nearly white carpet that is beyond our expectations.

Technician was happy & inforative. He was very quick & yet did an amazing job. He pointed out that some of the worst stains may not completely come out (especially if they were pet stains), but then he was able to remove all the stains. The carpet looks new & smells great. The service tech was very professional- he was dressed well and presented himself very well. He was extremely polite and he and my husband chatted throughout his time at our house.
