I like the fact that you do NOT use soap or detergents to clean the carpets. While Aaron was cleaning our carpets it was pulling soap up from the last time i had them cleaned by someone locally...that is disgusting and explains why the dirt was sticking to it!

Staff were friendly, neat and quick. Carpets cleaned up nicely. I especially liked that they wore the shoe covers. If these aren't too expensive, it might be nice to offer them to the clients to use until carpets are dry.
