Also - when I signed up for the 3-room special, I was led to believe that my hallway/stairs would count as the 3rd room. but on the invoice I was charged the full $149 (for 2 bedrooms) + $30 for my hallway !!

The man that came out was extremely nice, even had treats for my dog! I had the stairs and hallway carpet cleaned, as well as a couch. He did a great job on everything, very thorough. No complaints on the carpet, however the couch still has a musky smell - unfortunately the cleaning didn't remove the smell. When scheduling the appointment, I asked about an odorizer and was told it wasn't necessary. I'm wishing they had used it though!

The technician was friendly and completed job in a professional manner. I liked that my front door was covered so that bugs (bees/wasps) could not enter the house. Having children and a dog it's comforting to know that no harsh chemicals are on my carpet!

This was the first time I've ever had my carpet cleaned and the technician was very polite and did a great job. The only trouble I had was that they entered my phone number incorrectly and they didn't confirm it with me, so I never heard from them.
