That they got in and out of my house without marking up my walls or staircase. Also that they send two workers so it went quickly. I did not like the fact that the price was double what I expected. I think the cost quoted at time of appointment should be honored unless there are obvious stains or poor quality of carpet.

There were no hidden charges. The person who came to our house was professional, friendly and very knowledgable. He was very upfront about the stains and whether or not he thought he would be able to remove them. After he was done cleaning the carpets they looked wonderful! It's been over a month and they still look fabulous! No stains have returned.
