I loved that there was no perfume/soapy smell after the carpets were cleaned. My home and carpet just smelled fresh which was nice as I have allergies and do not handle strong smells well. Mason was very knowledgeable about carpet fibers, stains and pet problems. I was a little embarrassed to have him crawling around my floor smelling the carpet though. I just kept pointing at my dog, calling him the "culprit".
Troy Guttormson did not just rush through the motions of cleaning our carpeting, but first listened well to my concerns, then thoroughly and carefully cleaned the trouble spots with great care, as well as the rest of the carpeting. My reaction was "Wow!!!!"
