I was mostly satisfied but there are 2 areas that could use a going over. Outside the bathroom door in the hallway and also a small area near the bed in the master bedroom.

Antwan also set reasonable expectations for what spots could be treated, and even told us the ones that probably wouldn't come out. We love our "new" carpets and upholstery!
Results and quality of the work is very good. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was professional and offered very helpful advice and answered all of my questions.
Everything was easy. The customer service person was very knowledgeable and helpful. We liked the lack of soap usage and leftover residue. The carpets dried quick with the use of fans. The employee that came to the house was very helpful and never pushed for more than what we wanted.
