The whole process was very easy, from the scheduling to the actual appointment. The staff was courteous, well informed and on time. Darnell was our tech and he did a great job and explained everything very clearly. He also gave us great tips on how to remove future stains using the spot cleaning kit. I especially appreciated the care he took when in our home. He placed coverings around the corners of our oak railings, wore coverings on his shoes and placed a covering on our front door so we weren't air conditioning the outdoors. Our carpet is 17 years old and it looks almost new. We were so pleased, we will be having additional rooms cleaned in the coming months as well.

I thought that Zerorez got our carpet cleaner than previous companies, even the bedroom carpet was improved. But to be fair, I don't think anyone could have saved it. Eventually will have to be replaced.

The service from your technician Kyle Bones was very courteous to my mother when she was home for the time of the cleaning. When he had a question about things before he cleaned my furniture he contacted me about it all. He did an amazing job and i truly mean that. My furniture was in rough shape cause of all the kids spills. Now they look tremendous. I thank you so much for the work and care of your employees.

my carpet was clean. the carpet smelled great afterward. the technician was professional, yet very nice. the technician took great care to protect my wall corners so they would not be damaged by the hose.

The person who cleaned our carpets couldn't have been nicer! He was very professional and answered all our questions. He did a great job in a short amount of time. Very happy!!

They did a very fine job. The carpeting looks great. However, I feel that the up charge for
anti-pet odor spray is high, at $60. a room! I certainly hope it works!
