I was very pleased with the service ZeroRez provided. A two person team came at the set time and had all the rooms and stairs quickly treated and cleaned. Both technicians were very polite and explained options I had on cleaning and their quote matched the end bill. My front door was accidently damaged by extending too far open which I was angry about as I could easily understand how it happen. They sent out a hardware man in the next few days and he replaced everything on the door and even added an extra piece at no charge that would prevent the front door from overextending in the future. It was obvious zerorez puts a lot of emphesis on customer service and I can say that it showed. I would use their services again the next time I am in need of carpet cleaning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

It was really good service. I called, and I had my choice of days for when I needed the carpets done. So it was done within the next week - right when I wanted it done. And the carpets came out very nice! We had 3 rooms done for $149.00 and added a 16 stair carpeted staircase with landing for only $79.00 more. The service man did not try to trick me into using anything special or extra pre-treated products. He used whatever they pretreat with and cleaned them within about 1 to 1- 1/2 hrs. If there was any pet odor or really bad spots then he would have recommended an extra/type pre-treat product. But he was honest and said I wouldn't need that. I figured I wouldn't because there were no real tough stains or carpet odors from pets. He also arrived right at the time they said they would be at my house. I have actually already recommended them to a friend that asked how the carpets cleaning went. Thanks!
