This is the third time I've had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez and I've always been very pleased. This time though, I really did have the WOW factor. I was SO impressed with your employee, Dave Krispin. I showed him some spots I was concerned about and he took extra time to get rid of them. I feel like he cleaned my carpet like it was his own. He took his time and explained to me before he started what he was going to do and after he was done, he explained what he did to the spots I was concerned about. He was so genuinely nice, calm and caring. It's refreshing to see that there are people who really do care about what they do. I hope that the next time I get my carpet cleaned with Zerorez, I can request Dave to clean my carpet again. THANK YOU!!!

He was very quick, he got all the stains out that I was concerned with, he called earlier than the scheduled time and was finished 30 min before the actual scheduled time. He also talked me through some of what he was going to do. Very professional.
Overall output and environmently safe product couldn't be more top notch. The technician, Dave Krispin, was extremely knowledgable, informative and curtious. He was able to get carpet I considered to be in very rough shape back to an acceptable condition. I would highly recommend Zerorez!
