Service providers and no chemicals

I like there there is no residue or harmful chemicals used. Also, the service was great both in setting up the appointment and especially when the technician arrived at the house. He was friendly and very helpful.

Our technician was Anne Rohan and she did an incredible job. We have used Zerorez two other times and we have discovered that the technician makes a big difference. The first time the did a very good job, the second time the outcome was not so good. My wife had a home childcare so our carpet takes a beating. Anne did a very professional job and the outcome was great. We would definitely attempt to request her the next time we need Zerorez service.

Professional Technicians. I also liked that they shared the additional services that you offer. What I appreciated most is that I was being sold something but rather sharing additional information so I could make a good decision.

My service technician was Ryan Wicks. This guy was awesome ! He assessed my situation, provided me a detailed solution, and did a fantastic job ! Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and very hard working. He was very easy to talk with, did not mind any interruptions, and answered all questions making sure that I understood the entire process. This man was so professional, and at the same time so down to earth, that I thought I was dealing with a seasoned veteran of 50+ years in your business ! Service - Excellent! This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I am extremely pleased. My tech Dave was phenomenal; was informative but didn't try to over sell, called before he came, was exceptionally polite, and did exactly what he said he would.
Products - Great product! I love the spot treatment!! I bought it last year when I had the service and wasn't sure if it would be good or not - and it turns out that it is the BEST spot treatment I have ever had. I use it all of the time and was thrilled to get my refill this year.
