The cleaning process was very efficient. The guys explained everything and were in and out quickly. I did not like how long it took for an estimate and then a call to schedule. That process was over a week.

I love that Ryan was able to get out stains from our daughter and dogs that I didn't think would be possible! He took his time finding and treating them. He told me everything he was going to do, and completed it in a timely manner.

No soap

Everything was well cleaned and the service man provided me with all the information I requested. He was very professional and provided excellent service.

My carpet is very old, it looks almost new, after someone else cleaned, within 24 hours all the spots came right back.

Guys doing the work are friendly and efficient, going the extra mile (like taking precautions so the cat didn't escape). The carpet looks and feels great and lasts that way for quite a while (at least till the baby and the cat have accidents!)

I was amazed that the tech got out the stains in our carpet - and with no special spot treatment! The stains were about 5 years old. Amazing! Our tech was also very curtious and nice. Highly reccomend!
