Polite professional people for making reservations and for doing the cleaning. I've had my carpets cleaned over the past 26 years by a variety of companies. This is my first time with ZeroRez and my 40 year old white wool carpet has NEVER looked this clean. Chris got out stains that have been there through many other companies' cleanings They did an absolutely FABULOUS job! Zerorez is and always will be my go-to company for future carpet cleanings.

The basic concept...that there is no chemical residue from the treatment...was important to us as we have our first great grandchild here frequently, and she is crawling about now.
