The carpet was very clean and fresh after the tech cleaned. I'm in love with the additional carpet protector I purchased! I unfortunately spilled coffee on my freshly clean carpet the next morning. The coffee came out so easy. After blotting with only a paper towel the coffee stain disappeared!

I love that fact that you call with a short window of when you'll arrive, not the standard 4 hour window of other services. I also like that the technician calls just before arriving. Your cleaning products are fabulous and there is minimal smell and no stickiness to the carpet. Our technician, Brandon, was super easy to work with, hardworking and very honest about the cleaning results. Additionally, he extended to us a special that had recently gone into effect that was not available when I called to make the appointment. Thanks!!

I like that the product does not have a strong order, but is clean smelling. I have 15 year old quality carpet and trying to extend the life of it one or two more years. I understand that the carpet is not perfect but it looks great after Zerorez cleans it. The service is upfront with what works and what is recommended, doesn't oversell - No sales pitch. Carpet technicians have been friendly and listens to the customer.

Effective, timely, knowledgable,

Darnell, repesented the company very well. He was very informative,explained all steps and the why behind the step, welcomed questions and answered them all with good knowledge. The cleaning took less time than I anticipated. The cleaning was complete and seeing that the carpet was not new and had some difficult spots, Zerorez was able to bring the carpet back to life. As the carpet dryed the very difficult spot lightened up and is not very visible at all. I am very satisfied with the job.

The customer service is great! The carpets always look very clean. It is a good feeling to not have left over residue. The employee was careful and detailed. What I especially like is that you don't get something different than what was discussed.

Hugo was very professionaland really a nice guy! I was impressed that he used the "curtin" on our door leading to the outside, (as our air conditioning was on and it was an extremely hot day). He got most of the stains out our stairs and hall way. Looks much better than it did! However, I do think there is one small spot that needs to be re-cleaned. Can he come back for a quick once over? Otherwise, we are very pleased.
