The tech was informed, confident, experienced and pleasant to work with. The carpets looked clean, fresh -- not wet, crunchy, and smelly like is sometimes the case with other cleaners. Time to clean seemed reasonable compared to space being worked on. I was able to see and feel a difference in the carpet immediately.
