On the day of our appointment, the crew called and asked if it was alright if they arrived early! The crew was very polite, taking the time to ask questions about trouble areas. The highlight was the finding of a special necklace (lost for more years than I care to admit)under a dresser.
It's reassuring to have someone come into your home that knows his job, pays attention to the details, and does it well.
