My carpets and tile turned out really great. The tile grout was returned to its original color and looked like new again.

Liked the email confirmation, phone confirmation, and that the guy actually came on the date scheduled. He did call and ask to come early, however as his morning opened up. It worked out for us as we were prepared, but there was a chance we wouldn't have had everything moved out of the room yet as he wanted to come 3 hours early. He was very friendly and did a good job.
