The Lead technician explained the process. He (Aaron) explained what they were using on the my carpet. Both Aaron and John were professional, clean appearance, worked together answered my questions a long the process. They took my area rugs to be cleaned. Aaron is coming back out to clean my air ducts.

I was extremely impressed with not only the results of the carpet cleaning but also the gentleman who came to my home. I had a number of set in stains that I did not expect to come out of the carpet but our carpet looks brand new! With a new baby on the way it was important to me to find a company that would not leave a bunch of chemical residue in the carpet my baby would be crawling around on. Chris and his partner were so courteous and professional! They made the whole experience easy and fun- I would highly recommend both Zerorez and Chris to anyone who was looking for carpet cleaning in the future!

How clean the carpet is with no residue

I wasn't home but my husband said the guy was really nice and helpful. So not only are the results impressive, but you'r employees are great to work with. Also, they were right within the time frame they kept us posted with.

I was very pleased with the thorough job they did. The carpet looked great when they were finished. Time will tell if the protector solution really works and if my carpet holds up. I would know better if I would recommend Zerorez after the next 8 months or so.

Very thorough!! Really made a big difference in the carpet. Took out the red wine stain which really worried us. We were worried that it might not all come out because they couldn't do it for a few days and we thought the stain might be permanent. We did wish they could have given us some ideas to do meanwhile besides soaking up all that we could.
