No chemicals. Very professional service. Serviceman took great care to protect woodwork near carpeted areas being cleaned. Did a great job cleaning my bathroom tile as well.

Bottom line, my wool carpets are very clean. We are convinced Z is the best process for cleaning wool. They are soft and beautiful. Service was professional and will be a return customer
