You guys did a fabulous job! My wear paths needed extra attention, but Jacob got them clean. I love that he scrubbed them with a white towel and then said, let me just run over this one more time! I put a fan on those areas and this morning they were dry and beautiful. Technicians are always pleasant, wear shoe covers and I like that you get more of the cleaning product for touch ups! Our technician, Nathan Kelm, worked very hard and our carpet looks better than it ever has. I did contact the company about some yellow spotting that has appeared Ono the stairs, and they are coming back out to fix it. But overall, Nathan did an EXCELLENT job.
