CHEMICAL FREE, LOW ODOR
I was extremely satisfy with the cleaning, the carpet is light tan and the stairs were especially dirty. Once the carpet was clean I could not believe how good it looked. The cleaner's name was Danland and he was very informative explaining what he was going to do and the expected result. The carpet smells good too.

The carpets look great and I especially like that they do not use chemicals or soap. Erik B., the technician, was professional and friendly. He explained the cleaning process and the other services Zerorez offers. He is an excellent representive for the company. The service technicians were great. They were polite, answered all of my questions. The were respectful, had good grammar. I would request them again too. I hired Zerorez to clean our ducts in Dec because of them. My carpets look great and my house smells clean again.
