Good customer service--gal I talked with when setting up appointment was friendly and professional. Guys that came out and cleaned the carpet did a good job explaining the process. They were nice and very professional. Best of all my carpeting looks and smells clean! I was surprised at how much the color of the carpeting on our steps brightened. I had a excellent experience with Zerorez (Brian Dear) wow I cant believe I remember his name it is problebly because he did such a great job on my carpet he was very respectful of my home by putting shoe covers on and he was very polite and nice. The service technician "JOE" was extremely thorough and was able to completely take out a large coffee stain. This saved us from having to replace the carpet. Results of the cleaning process are great. Happy with the service.

The carpet cleaners were able to get dog vomit stains that were five years old and that really impressed me. Everyone I talk to knows of your business and have said they heard all good reports on you.
