I like the no chemical cleaning. I have a child care business in my home so it is very important. Plus it really works! My carpets get as clean as possible (old carpet). I like the clean crunchy feel once it it dries, no residue.

I am glad I was able to have them come back out and go over a pet urine spot and we were given a complimentary #2 treatment urine spot and area does not smell anymore. The staff was very friendly.

Service was just as told when I made the appointment. I made the appointment the day before I wanted to get the carpet cleaned and I was pretty surprised that they were able to fit me in. I was give a quote on the price and it was exactly what they told me. The gentleman call to let me know he was coming and it was at the beginning of the of the 3 hour window they gave me. He was very pleasant and reviewed everything with me and gave me the rates again and asked it I needed anything else and should he proceed with the cleaning based on what he told me. He did a very nice job- move the furniture- put everything back and asked me if I had any issues and if I was pleased with the job. Everything came out looking very nice. As mentioned in your adds, the carpet doesn't have that crunch feeling after it has been cleaned like many other products. I will definitely use your service again and will let friends and family know about the outstanding job you did for me.
