She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgable about the products and service. The technicians, Andrew and Jordan, were very friendly, timely, respectful and knowledgeable too. You arrived on time and explained the process well. The home was left in a clean condition. The only thing I would ask to be done when there is another cleaning is that the foam pads be placed under the furniture legs as soon as they are replaced to their permanent place. They were placed under the legs after finishing all of the cleaning and some of the legs left a mark on the wet carpeting. I was able to remove the spots later, but I would have preferred that the foam had been placed under the legs right after the area was cleaned.

Quick service that arrives on time. Very professional workers who do a good job. The drying was fast and results were good.

I think this is the best cleaning job on my carpets. Nice guys too!
