We used zero fez to clean the carpet in the bedroom and stairs, the stairs were pretty dirty from many years off use, once the cleaning was done it was like new, it was pretty impressive.

Zerorez was great to work with. I was impressed with all aspects of customer service. The technician arrived ahead of schedule, which was great on a Sunday. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Lastly, our carpets look, smell, and feel great! I've already recommended Zerorez to co-workers and family.

The products are eco friendly and carpets are left feeling clean and dry.
The service was excellent, the techs were on time , polite, careful
and did a good job cleaning some difficult stains. I believe the guys names
were Chris and Robbie. They actually were working ahead of schedule and called
to let me know they could accomodate my order ealier than planned. That was helpful .
Chris went over the order with me first, summarized everything at beginning and end.
Both young men were very professional!

The team did a great job...both men were professional and knew what they were doing! Just a note that the first check I wrote and gave to Joe at Zerorez was lost somewhere in or outside our house. We looked inside the house and he looked outside, and we did not find the check...so it may have very well blown away. I ended up writing a second check for $222.29 and giving it to Joe.
